About us

Key Stage Theatre delivers educational theatre into schools. We are the first company to touch on an entire curriculum in one play.

Our work has been seen by more than 16,000 students and 500 educators in over 165 visits and our strategy still strives to make all of our work available to any school in the UK.

The continuing positive feedback for our productions has prompted us to create ‘The PSHE Takeover‘ a new programme, which is a pioneering way to deliver PSHE into schools and to work with the entire student body in KS3/4 in just one day.

Adam RoodThe company was formed by Adam Rood, who graduated in 2008 from the Guildford School of Acting with a BA HONS in Theatre. He has since worked as an Actor, Teacher, Composer and Director in all areas of the performing arts industry.

Adam has also worked closely with Primary and Secondary schools, both through Key Stage Theatre  and as a freelance teacher/workshop leader.

We continue to pride ourselves on our growing reputation and we welcome you to get in touch with schools we have visited to find out from other educators, how effective our visits have been.

For a no-obligation chat over email or phone about how our projects may benefit your students, please get in touch any time.
